Stayed for Thanksgiving with family. the kids enjoyed the spacious room, and the maintenance staff was attentive. the hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, not far from the main tourists attractions. We loved the convenience store nearby, and the friendly staff at the hotel. Plus, the mattresses were firm and comfortable!

The breakfast buffet was very basic and didn’t cater to vegetarian options. the sliding doors to the bathroom kept getting stuck, and the sofa bed was lopsided.

Despite being in a quieter area, it was still very convenient to explore the city as there was a metro station just a couple of minutes away. Plus, the hotel also had taxis stopping right outside, making it easy to get around.

Despite arriving before check-in time, they made sure our room was ready as soon as possible. the room itself was spacious and clean, with a large bed made up of two twin beds. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the metro, restaurants, and attractions. We were impressed with the excellent daily cleaning service and felt safe in the neighborhood. We even had a kind staff member help us with our baby's pram up the stairs when the elevator was out of service.
