I had a fantastic 6-night stay at a comfortable 4* hotel. The staff at the reception and breakfast room were friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The hotel's location was excellent, with attractions like the city of arts & science within a 6-minute walk, and the beach and old town within 30 minutes on foot or accessible by metro or bus. I had a wonderful experience at Eurostars.

We had a great Easter experience at this hotel. the complimentary welcome drink and breakfast were fantastic and offered a great start to each day. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's major attractions on foot and the proximity to the metro station made it easy to travel to and from the airport. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and had windows that opened, which we enjoyed.

there was a private function at the hotel, so the bar was closed, and we weren't able to have a drink on site. there were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room or anywhere to purchase beverages in the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop and supermarkets, making it easy to get around by public transport or grab a quick bite to eat. The breakfast at the hotel received rave reviews, with a wide selection and delicious coffee. Guests also enjoyed the spacious rooms, large bathrooms, and complimentary water and iron/board.

Some guests experienced issues with broken phones in the rooms and excessive charges for using the phone at the front desk.

They were always available to assist us with any issues or questions we had. the receptionist, Sara, deserves special mention for going above and beyond to ensure we had a room with a double bed, even though it took a few hours to arrange. the reception staff also provided us with great recommendations on places to visit and how to get there. the housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city and visiting attractions. Check-out was quick and efficient, and the pre-arranged taxi to the airport was punctual and pleasant.

We enjoyed exploring the nearby bars, especially Islas Canarias for their delicious paella. The bed and bath were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. we had a pleasant experience.

The room was incredibly well arranged, cozy and warm with super comfortable beds. The toilets exceeded expectations with great amenities. The warm water shower experience was mind-blowing. The little fridge was a plus. Quiet area 10' walk from Ciudad de las Artes. Best place for runners. varied and tasty breakfast. Free wifi and welcoming chocolates. Plenty of space and a nice big bed.

I recently stayed at Eurostars Acteon for a few nights and had a great experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, offering great value for money. It's located in a quiet area with plenty of cafes nearby. The rooms were spacious and I hardly heard any noise, except for some minor sounds from the hallway. I appreciated that the staff allowed us to check in early and provided complimentary water throughout our stay.
