Our apartment at Ona Alanda Club was incredibly spacious, perfect for our family of five. We were pleasantly surprised by the two en-suites and additional bathroom. The location was ideal for us, as we had a family occasion at a nearby hotel. It was also a relief that our apartment, despite being right opposite the bar, was quiet and didn't disturb us during our stay. However, I can imagine it might be more invasive during the peak summer months.

We stayed in a spacious apartment in a great location. The apartment had two new comfortable sofas and a separate dining area. The staff were polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel had both indoor and outdoor pools, and there was a children's play area. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a washer and dryer in our apartment.

The restaurant service was not great.

The location of the apartment was away from the pool area, providing a quiet atmosphere. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the cleaners did an excellent job.

The location of the hotel was great, being quite close to the beach and surrounded by a very nice area of restaurants with fair prices. It was also convenient to have a bus station nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were helpful in giving information about the local attractions and places to visit.

The waiting times for service at the restaurant during the afternoon were too long, with some guests waiting over an hour to be served.

We had a great time at this hotel! It was perfect for us as party people. The staff were friendly and the location was ideal. We loved the pool and the activities for kids. The parking space was convenient, and it was walking distance to the sea, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars.

We felt completely happy with our stay, no complaints whatsoever.
