Enjoyed two complementary facts offered during Christmas staffs is superb, friendly, and helpful. Location wise, the hotel is situated in the heart of the city, close to shopping malls and 24-hour mini-marts. the view of the city from the hotel's high altitude was phenomenal.

The hygiene standard of the baby crib was not up to expectation. Nonetheless, the staff was helpful enough and attempted to provide an alternative.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided by the hotel were exceptional and fulfilled our needs to the fullest. the service offered by the staff was extraordinary, the Spa and wellness center was a great place to relax, and the sauna and swimming pool were enjoyable. the outdoor swimming pool had a stunning view, and the massage at the Spa lounge was rejuvenating.

Although the hotel was magnificent, there was one minor issue we encountered. the restaurant offered a buffet breakfast with a limited menu, and the poolside snack bar had snack items that were not as per our taste.

I had a superb experience staying in the tallest hotel in SEA! The building is beautiful with a modern and elegant design. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had an excellent view. The staff was friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and a lovely park.

While not a big deal, it would have been nice to have complimentary drinking water provided without having to request it.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in a very decent area with everything easily accessible. It is right in the center and conveniently located within a shopping mall. The rooms are clean and comfortable with fluffy carpets in the corridors. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, particularly in the dining area. The breakfast is delicious and the view from the hotel is amazing. the facilities are good, including a well-equipped gym.

The wifi connection was a major issue as none of our devices were able to connect. Even after calling reception for assistance, no engineer was sent to fix the problem.

The building is beautiful, modern and well-designed. Excellent view, spacious and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds with a choice of pillows. Beautiful bathroom with scented bath salt. Varied and high-quality breakfast.
