The facilities were top-notch, with a modern and clean feel. The bathrooms were well-maintained and had everything I needed. The location was great, right on the camino and close to a supermarket and restaurant. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay.

That there was no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable during the hot week I stayed. the bathroom could get a bit crowded, as there was only one hanging contraption for all guests to dry their clothes.

Loved the creaky floors that made me feel like I was in a horror film. Also, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms was such a treat, I got to know my fellow guests very intimately!

Oh, what a shame, I couldn't hear myself think with all the noise around me. So distracting!

Spotlessly clean, perfect facilities, cozy bunk compartments, amazing location in the heart of the old town, right on the Camino de Santiago for a quick morning getaway, small bar/cafe with a terrace. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. One of the best albergues we've stayed at! Thank you!

The bunk spaces were comfortable and provided storage, with proper cotton sheets and pillow cases. Alberto was welcoming and helpful. The dorm was spacious and had ample storage. Bathrooms and kitchen area were clean.

The location is ideal, right inside the old town and 1 minute from the main square. The facilities are modern and spotless, with spacious dormitories and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a genuine Camino spirit. There is also a small bar/cafe with a terrace at the rear, and breakfast is available from 7am.

Albergue San Francisco exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. the room was spotlessly clean and had a modern, sleek design. I especially appreciated the individual cubicles with comfortable beds, complete with a light and charge point for each. the bathrooms were also kept impeccably clean. the albergue had great facilities, including a small bar/breakfast area and a communal space. there was a convenient drying space in the sun for laundry. I was truly impressed and would definitely stay here again.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, with clean, cotton sheets and excellent mattresses. They were the best beds I encountered during my time on the Camino. The hotel facilities were impressive for the price I paid, and the in-house snack bar was a nice convenience. The central location of this hotel made it easy to find and explore the surrounding area.

We decided to stay at this hotel because it was conveniently located along the camino route. The room we had was spacious and had a private bathroom, which was a great advantage. The host was friendly and provided us with helpful recommendations for restaurants and shops in the area.

The checkout time was quite early at 8:30am, which didn't allow us to get the rest we needed after a long day of walking.

stayed here before in Arzua and loved it. Albergue San Francisco exceeded expectations this time. Cosy, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, kind staff.

Very comfortable beds, clean sheets, excellent mattress. Big bathroom with washing machine, hairdryer, etc. Well-equipped room with a drying area for clothes. Friendly and helpful host. Convenient central location.

I loved how the tour desk provided me with all the information I needed to explore the area. The shared lounge was great for mingling with other guests and the free WiFi was a lifesaver for staying connected. The terrace was a perfect spot for enjoying a drink and soaking up the sun.

Oh, and let's not forget the incredibly comfy bunk beds! So spacious and private, I felt like I had my own little sanctuary.

the hospitalero was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. the dorms were well laid out with comfortable beds, individual lights, and charging points. I appreciated the separate bathrooms and toilets for men and women, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. the albergue also had a small bar and communal space, as well as a drying area in the sun. I had a fantastic experience at this albergue and would definitely stay there again.
