As vegetarians and vegans, we were pleased to find a variety of delicious plant-based options at the hotel's breakfast. The staff was accommodating and provided excellent recommendations for vegetarian-friendly restaurants in the area.

This hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to all the museums, sites, and communities. You can easily explore the area and visit various attractions without any hassle. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with clever use of space and storage. The bathroom is modern, with a unique terrarium wall in the shower. The staff is efficient and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious, and there are facilities like a rooftop fitness area with new equipment.

The pool is small and not suitable for all-day sunbathing, as it is surrounded by high buildings.

My first stop in Spain and it surely marked a perfect start for this trip. The hotel's location is very central and close to luxury shopping on Calle Serrano. The neighborhood is safe with police presence. Ana at reception was an absolute star, always friendly and helpful. The transfer service from the airport was excellent. The bathroom was amazing and the room size was very good. The staff were extraordinarily nice and helpful. The room had a comfortable bed and high-quality facilities. The small kitchenette was convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at a neat hotel in a serious use location. The room was excellent, with a large bathroom and a refreshing green canopy of plants. The staff was attentive and even checked me in early. I enjoyed exploring the nearby cafes and restaurants, and there were even a few pharmacies within walking distance. The rain shower in the bathroom was a nice touch. I had a great experience at this hotel.

The breakfast area was lovely and provided a perfect place for mingling with colleagues. the beds were cozy and the spacious rooms offered great lighting. Plus, the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and walking-distance access to several attractions.

The dinner options were non-existent, which was a bummer after a long day of work. the air conditioning constantly shut off at night, forcing us to contact the staff a few times to get it back up.
