Felt immediately at home, no complaints

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Manchester City Centre Arena. The check-in process was quick and the staff made sure that my group of four had two rooms together on the same floor. The rooms were modern, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the huge shower! The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from local bars, clubs, and shopping centers. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, reasonable price, and comfortable stay.

It's located in the midst of all the activity, just a stone's throw from the bus terminal to London, and close to everything in the Northern Quarter. The room was quite clean, and the bathroom had nice towels. The service was kind and responsive, and the view was okay.

The breakfast area was poorly organised, leading to chaos among guests during peak times.

Stayed in a hotel with a great location for exploring the city and going to concerts. the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows and there were lovely complimentary items in the room. Breakfast was tasty and offered a large selection. We enjoyed the proximity to local restaurants and shops.

The location is perfect, situated at the northern edge of the city centre in a quiet area, but still within easy reach of all the attractions. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are basic but clean, and the showers are fantastic. Plus, some rooms offer brilliant views over the city. The breakfast by the coffee machine is a nice touch, and they even have options for vegans with a take away option available.

The hot water for showers was not functional on one evening and was only fixed the next morning.
