This hotel's location is perfect, being very close to both the beach and the bus station. It is situated on a quieter part of town, but only a short 2km walk away from the lively S'Arenal beach. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with attention to detail and a friendly approach. The basic amenities in the rooms did the job, and the value for money was great.

The outdoor area could use an update, as the patio had a brick wall opposite and a yard full of scrap. The table and chairs were in need of replacement, although it's understandable that one wouldn't want to spend much time there anyway.
