I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Livorno for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The concierge was brilliant, the reception staff were welcoming, and the housekeeping was discreet. The hotel itself was grand, with spacious rooms and public areas. The breakfast served on the terrace was excellent, and the view over the sea was great. it was a quiet and peaceful stay, despite being located near a main road.

Would recommend this hotel.

The entire experience was impressive; check-in, staff, breakfast, grounds, and common areas. The shuttle service and staff's guidance made city travel easy. Will definitely return.

The rooftop pool was amazing, with beautiful views and stunning sunsets. The beds were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The language barrier was a challenge, as not many staff members spoke English. It would have been helpful to have more assistance for non-Italian speakers.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant, bar, and infinity pool on the top floor, were wonderful. The location in the centre of the town provided easy access to various amenities and attractions.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were unparalleled. From the spa and wellness center to the infinity pool and private sun terrace, every need was met. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were superb, and we enjoyed access to a private beach area. The exclusive room advantages, combined with a top-rated restaurant and bar, provided an exceptional experience.

The only minor issue was the lack of sun loungers in the pool area. Although this was not a major inconvenience, it would have been better to have more loungers available for guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the ocean side, and it was reasonably close to Pisa Airport for our morning flight. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was served in a beautiful location overlooking the coastline and the sea. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
