amura alcobendas was a great choice for carnival! modern hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a relaxing pool area. free shuttle and easy travel to madrid. impressive value for the price.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The free airport shuttle service was a great surprise and made our trips much more convenient. The facilities were top-notch, and for the price, they were definitely a steal. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained, and the rooftop pool and jacuzzi were absolutely amazing. We are already planning our next trip back to this place because of how much we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at Amura for one night with an early departure from the airport. The hotel was great value for money and conveniently located, just a 15-minute drive away. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The rooftop pool area was beautiful and we had it mostly to ourselves. Although the sauna didn't heat up well, the overall experience was fantastic.

Comfortable beds with cool cotton bedding and soft towels. Friendly and helpful staff in reception, bar, cleaning, and pool. Great value for money, pool and roof terrace to relax on.

Spent New Year's Eve here with my friends and had a great time. The hotel has a cozy and intimate atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we enjoyed the variety of warm and cold food. The staff was attentive and friendly, and we appreciated the shuttle service that took us to the city center and back. the hotel was situated in a safe and peaceful area, yet only a short drive away from all the main attractions of the city which was very convenient.

The rooms didn't have any tea or coffee making facilities, which was a bit disappointing. the pool area and gym were a bit dated, and the sauna was not in good condition which was a shame.
