Great value for money, room was comfortable and clean. The hotel's location was perfect, close to restaurants, the old town, the cathedral, and shopping. The staff were incredibly helpful and hardworking, even when dealing with multiple customers at once.

had a relaxing couple of nights in granada. anacapri exceeded expectations with friendly staff, great location near cathedral and plaza nueva, and helpful receptionist who provided info and even gave us a kettle for our room. couldn't be easier to get to by bus!

I had a wonderful stay at this centrally-located hotel in Granada. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The location couldn't be better, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of fresh food. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Anacapri for a few days. Staff were incredibly helpful, arranging car parking and providing excellent service throughout our stay. Clean and tidy rooms, with a balcony offering sunbeds. Great location near bars, restaurants, and attractions. Family room was spacious and had a unique "tree house" for the kids. Short walk to key sights and airport bus drop off point. Concierge provided helpful recommendations for restaurants. a fantastic experience at Anacapri.

The location is fantastic for buses to the Alhambra and restaurants, bars, and shops. The hotel is situated in the old historical center of Granada. The staff on reception are excellent and very helpful. The valet parking service was fantastic

Some rooms are small with thin walls, which can result in noise disturbances. Breakfast at the hotel is overpriced for the limited selection.

The location of this hotel was amazing - right in the heart of the city center. We could easily walk to all the main attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after a long day of exploring.

One major downside was the noise level in the rooms. the walls were not well soundproofed, so we could hear conversations in the hallway and even the elevator opening and closing.

Stayed at Anacapri for 4 nights during our trip. Perfect location with the cathedral next door and Alhambra just a short taxi ride away. The hotel staff, especially Kathy and Stefany at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the beautiful bathroom was a highlight. The breakfast area was never crowded and had a good selection of fresh food. Highly recommend this wonderful place.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay in a centrally located hotel, with most major attractions within walking distance. The bus line to the Alhambra is conveniently located and the service provided by the friendly and helpful staff was excellent. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. There were several facilities provided in the room that were beneficial, including ample charging sockets, and comfortable beds.

The breakfast provided was not impressive and could be improved.
