Nothing to complain about at all.

The room had lots of space for my wheelchair, and the property was nice. the location was convenient for exploring the area's attractions, and it made getting around easy. the breakfast pancake machine was broken, but there were still some options to choose from.

The first room had feces in the toilet, the second room was filthy, and only the third room was suitable to sleep in. When I was asked about my stay upon leaving, the staff seemed disinterested.

Always choose to stay here for city breaks. Staff helped with sim cards at first stay. Has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, indoor pool, and air conditioning. Perfect fit for me every time.

I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast spread at Tru By Hilton. the variety of options, including Franks Red Hot and Sirracha, made mornings extra enjoyable. the pool area with a rinse-off shower and lounge couch was a nice touch. I love the minimalist yet functional design of the hotel layout. However, the dry air from the HVAC system in the room detracted from the cozy atmosphere. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the cleanliness was impeccable, from the comfy beds to the great shower with fluffy towels. the hotel facilities were top-notch, including the welcoming lobby and warm pool. Parking was convenient, right near the entrance, making it easy to come and go. the staff was outstanding, with a genuine interest in our experience, from the delightful lady at check-in to the friendly cleaning staff who made us feel right at home.
