Limited storage space in rooms means you'll be tripping over your belongings!!! It's a struggle to park nearby, and the noise from the street keeps intruding. The spa facilities are too small to unwind properly!!! There are also weak WiFi issues that need addressing.

I simply cannot belive they allow non-guests on the rooftop. I thought it was a private oasis but no, I felt like an intruder! The breakfast should have been complimentary for the price I paid. And, of course, no one even offered me an upgrade or any special treatment—absolutely appalling service for what should have been a luxurious retreat!
