I had a wonderful stay at Apartamentos Altamira. The apartment was well-furnished and had the best bathroom I've ever had in Spain, with a great shower. Despite what I had read in other reviews, there was plenty of hot water and heat, which was important as it was quite cool outside at night. The privacy of the apartment was a plus. The washing machine worked great, and a drying rack for clothes was provided. The large rooftop terrace was also a great feature, although I didn't get to enjoy it in the cooler weather. The location in the old barrio was perfect, within walking distance to all the sites.

I recently stayed at Apartamentos Altamira for a week-long trip to Santa Cruz. The well-designed one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a tiny balcony offering an interesting street view. The location was ideal, situated at the junction of pedestrian street Ximenez de Escisco and Fabiola. Despite the central location, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, with soundproof windows ensuring a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the entire place, from the entrance to the stairs and the flat itself, was outstanding. I also appreciated the convenient PIN code system for access.

The lack of an elevator was a slight inconvenience, especially when carrying luggage up to the higher floors. the bathroom could have used more hooks or shelves to hang damp towels and toiletries.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The apartment itself was a small, but comfortable and well-equipped with air conditioning, a kitchen, and a washing machine. The cleaning staff were friendly and the communication with the host was perfect. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Altamira restaurant, located just below the building. I highly recommend Apartamentos Altamira as an excellent choice for accommodation in Seville.
