the staff, especially Nereya at reception, were extremely friendly and helpful. the cleanliness was outstanding, with regular towel changes. I also enjoyed the peace and quiet by the pool all day long. the location is great, and the pool area is luxurious. the apartments offer good value for money, with recent renovations and comfortable facilities. I had a wonderful experience at the Panorama apartments.

The hotel location is fantastic, right beside everything. It is close to the beautiful beach and the vibrant strip, making it easy to enjoy outdoor activities and explore the city. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, bar, and sauna. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time using them. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always willing to help. Their customer service was excellent, making us feel welcome and taken care of. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The beds were comfortable, and we had no complaints whatsoever about the cleanliness of the hotel.

The pool was nice and clean, although a bit cold for our liking. The price of the twin room we stayed in for 7 nights was very affordable at 380 euro for bed and breakfast. The kitchenette had all the necessary amenities and there was free parking available outside. The buffet breakfast was good, although we probably wouldn't have paid for it if it wasn't included in our package. We also appreciated the ability to book day tours at the reception, which made our stay more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and value for money.

had another amazing stay in puerto del carmen, this time at a quiet and peaceful adults-only apartment complex. staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the location was perfect - close to all the attractions but still peaceful. enjoyed the pool, gym, and reading lounge. definitely coming back!
