We had a fantastic time at the hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of places to refill our water bottles for a day at the park. The cabin area was charming and our room was comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options.

We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the room.

Friendly staff. Great organization. Quality food. Free flowing water. Well-stocked rooms. Convenient location. Value for money. Enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Colorado Creek Hotel. the location was excellent, just a short walk from Portaventura through a special entrance for hotel residents. the pool was a good size and never overcrowded, and the lifeguards were attentive. the hotel staff, especially the reception staff, were amazing and provided excellent service. the overall aesthetic of the hotel and the surrounding area was mind-blowing. the rooms were spacious and beautifully themed in the Wild West genre. Despite feeling more like a 2 or 3-star hotel, we were impressed with the comfortable stay and the included park access. the buffet food offered a nice selection for all types of foodies. it was a memorable experience and we would love to return.

We had an incredible weekend and enjoyed the magical ambiance. the comfy beds and overall neatness of the rooms were remarkable. We appreciated the friendly staff and the amazing food choices that were available at a reasonable price. the location was perfect, and it only took us five minutes to walk to the attraction site.

The lack of accessibility services and customer care training for the park's staff left much to be desired. the limited operating hours at the Lobby Bar was a great inconvenience.

Conveniently located near Portaventura with easy access. Large pool with lifeguards, open from 10:00 - 21:00. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Included park access allows for unlimited visits.

Jaw-dropping hotel with superior interiors, cozy rooms, and amazing Wild West style. Nice breakfast, warm blankets, and helpful luggage storage. Great view and area.

The hotel had a great atmosphere and the theme of the hotel and park was amazing. the pool facilities were also very enjoyable.

The hotel was quite far from the park, and we had to walk about 15 minutes to get to the park entrance. the staff at the reception were not helpful and didn't provide us with all the necessary information.
