This hotel offers exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Massage. We had a fantastic relaxing experience in the facilities and enjoyed the Spa lounge and Sun terrace. the Garden area is stunning and we spent hours admiring the beauty of it all. the room advantages were also fabulous, with luxurious and modern decor, comfortable bedding and exceptional cleanliness. the Restaurant provided an amazing experience, with delicious food and exceptional service. We also had a great time at the Bar/ Lounge area, and appreciated the Packed lunches and Special diet menus.

Our only minor issue was the lack of Public Bath. We were expecting to have this feature available, but it was not mentioned anywhere on the website.

Gorgeous Mountain View, Comfortable Bed, Helpful Staff. Spent Christmas here and the mountain views were absolutely stunning. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were always helpful. Hiking trails were nearby and the location was perfect to explore the surrounding area.

Unpleasant Odors, Poorly Cleaned Room, Not Worth the Price. However, the room had an unpleasant smell, was poorly cleaned and definitely not worth the price. It was disappointing to find remnants of previous guests in the bathtub and spiderwebs and dirty curtains throughout the room. Unfortunately, we didn't feel like we got what we paid for and wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, offering stunning views of the "Circo de Arantza" and providing a peaceful atmosphere. Guests have mentioned the comfortable rooms and the unique bathtub, which is a memorable feature. The hotel staff, particularly Bego, are friendly and helpful, providing assistance and local knowledge regarding the area.

There is no outdoor swimming pool available, which would have been a great addition for guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
