I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the city center, and I felt safe walking back from the nearby bars. The staff, including Javier and John at the reception, were genuinely friendly and always ready to assist. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. I especially loved the huge soaking tub and the various jets in the bathroom. The spa and wellness center offered a relaxing experience, with a sauna, steam room, and heated loungers. The rooftop pool was perfect for sunbathing, and the sun terrace provided a great place to unwind. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality service.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay, such as slow room service and a delay in getting towels. However, these issues did not detract from the overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many tourist sites and also has a nearby metro stop for exploring further. The rooms themselves are well-equipped and offer some amenities like hot tubs and nice decoration. The breakfast is also diverse and filling, with delicious options like cheesecake and Japanese/Peruvian fusion dishes.

Sadly, the hotel is let down by some issues with the service. Staff can be unhelpful and overworked, making guests feel like they are a burden rather than valued customers.

The location was great and the staff were all English-speaking and friendly. The rooms had all the essentials, including tea and coffee facilities, and the rooftop Skybar had amazing views and a heated area.

I had such a fantastic experience staying here. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the major attractions such as Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas, the beach, and Plaza Espanya. It was also incredibly convenient for getting to and from the airport, as it was very close to the bus drop-off point.

The rooftop terrace bar and the staff were very welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. We felt very welcome and the bottle of sparkling sent up to our room was a great detail. The hotel is centrally located and close to good bars and restaurants.

It's easy to explore the city from here and it is surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel offers an array of services including bicycle hire, room service, and tours/ticket assistance. The in-room amenities were impressive with electric kettles, flat-screen TVs, and comfy armchairs. We particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness center which included a rooftop pool, sauna, and massage service.
