The room size at Crisol was impressive and we were pleasantly surprised to find that parking was included. The beautiful gardens and spacious restaurant area added to the overall appeal of the hotel. The reception staff were also very helpful, and it was a bonus that we were able to bring our pet along. The location, although not in the city center, was relatively close and convenient.

Although there were some drawbacks mentioned in the database, such as the old structure and lack of renovation, we personally did not find these issues to be significant enough to affect our stay. The hotel may not be perfect, but it definitely exceeded our expectations.

Stayed at Crisol for a few nights. Helpful staff, free shuttle into town, and clear bus instructions. Pool and bar area was nice with plenty of outdoor seating. Didn't have breakfast, but enjoyed the evening meal. Lots of on-site parking and a short walk to the bus. Thank you for a great stay.

The walls were quite thin, and noise from neighboring rooms could be heard easily. the bathroom was a bit outdated and lacked modern amenities such as walk-in showers.
