The facilities at this hotel were fantastic, with great pools and a range of amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. The suite we stayed in was amazing and provided a comfortable and luxurious experience. The location of the hotel was just right, being away from the busy city but still close enough to explore. Having access to the national park and San Jose was a great bonus.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the beautiful Retamar area. The location was perfect, as it was right at the roundabout to a little shop called US Supermercado, making it convenient for any last-minute needs. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were polite and friendly throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a great variety of choices. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, offering stunning vistas of the surrounding area.

Right on the beach with comfortable rooms, great buffet, lots of parking, and close to the airport. Massive room, comfortable bed, nice quality bedding, good shower. Breakfast and dinner were good, but desserts were repetitive. Nice swimming pool area. Pebble stone beach, so swim shoes are recommended.

the hotel catered well to Spanish guests, providing excellent food with fresh fish and barbecues on most nights. It was a nice change to not have rowdy English tourists, and this being my second visit in 4 years, I can confidently say that it was even better this time. the room was spacious, with a double sofa bed for my 13-year-old and the largest double bed I have ever seen. We opted for the all-inclusive upgrade, which was fantastic value for 30 Euros per day for adults and 15 Euros per day for children, with branded drinks included. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was extremely pleased with my experience. The location of this place is absolutely ideal, as it is situated directly on the Los Marinas de Cabo de Gata beach, allowing for stunning views and easy access to the beach. Additionally, this hotel is nestled within the beautiful Cabo de Gata natural park, providing a peaceful and scenic environment.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a great Xmas holiday at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful view of the sea and swimming in the lovely warm pool. the hotel's location is perfect if you are seeking a quiet holiday away from the crowds, with a small shop nearby and easy access to the airport. We appreciated the attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and comfortable.

the food served in the evening was not available until late, which was not ideal for those with kids. We also noticed that some guests were given preference over others by the bar staff, making us feel frustrated at times.

Upgraded room had solarium, though smoking below hindered use. Great pool and friendly staff. Confusion with pool towels on last day. Breakfast had nice variety, particularly tasty orange juice. Comfy bed, spacious room, and clean grounds with plenty of sunbeds.
