The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the Discovery Center where our Triathlons took place. the staff was cheerful and helpful, assisting us with WiFi and providing a tasty breakfast. the bed was comfy, and the room had a cozy chaise longue we enjoyed lounging on.

The room had multiple issues like a malfunctioning AC unit, poor shower pressure, and inconvenient light controls. Additionally, the mattress was uncomfortably hard, and the check-in and check-out processes were lengthy.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Milwaukee was for a wedding, and I stayed for two nights. the staff was welcoming and professional, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good with timely refills. The convenient location and helpful staff made my visit enjoyable. Cons: Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had to get our room key re-done every day, a hassle going up and down. Despite that, the clean and comfortable room made up for it. the breakfast selection improved throughout our stay. Overall, recommend this hotel.
