I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the sea in such a beautiful area. The service here is top-notch, with room service available 24 hours a day and a helpful porter who gave me handy hints about which area around the pool gets the most sun during the day. The amenities in the room were excellent, with a comfortable bed, a mini-bar, and a balcony to enjoy the stunning views. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, and the buffet breakfast in the dining restaurant was delicious. I also loved the leisure facilities, including the spa and wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. This place truly exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

Just returned from a 10-day stay at an absolutely gorgeous hotel. the pool was stunning, and we were delighted to find that the hotel is also conveniently located within 500 meters of not one, but two beautiful beaches. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience truly enjoyable. We couldn't have been happier with the excellent food options available, particularly the delicious breakfast buffet. One standout aspect was the hotel's commitment to keeping everyone safe during these challenging times, with diligent staff members ensuring everyone's well-being. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

One of the restaurants offers a varied and enjoyable dining experience, with good vegetarian options available. Moreover, the hotel is situated in an area that is not a walkway for other guests, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted stay.

The entertainment in the Sports Bar could be improved, as the screen behind the acts is distracting and unnecessary.

I recently had a very pleasant stay at a hotel in Costa Teguise. The location was fantastic, being right next to the Old Town and just a short walk to many restaurants. The hotel was also conveniently situated on the boardwalk, giving easy access to the beach. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the pool, and the bathroom was modern and stylishly decorated. The staff at the hotel were extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a rainforest shower and hot tub in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

One negative aspect of my stay was the issue with guests reserving sunbeds by the pool. Despite complaints from other guests, the hotel did not take any action to address this problem.

The hotel had a beautiful setting and the staff were friendly and helpful. the food options were great, with a variety of choices for breakfast and dinner. the pools were clean and relaxing, and there were cabanas available for use. the location was perfect, with shops and bars within walking distance. I also appreciated the spaciousness of my room and the little balcony.

The lack of vegetarian protein options, with eggs and cheese being the only sources. It would have been nice to have more variety in that regard.
