We had an exceptional time in the Royal Level. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive staff in the restaurant, our experience at Barcelo Tenerife Royal Level was truly the best I've had in terms of the warmth, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff. the facilities were second to none, the food was excellent with a good choice, and the pool areas were comfortable and well-maintained. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay, making us feel like part of their Barcelo family. I highly recommend this hotel for a warm, happy, and engaging place to stay.

The Royal Level at Barcelo Tenerife offers exceptional warmth, friendliness, and professionalism from the staff. The guest experience managers, Charleen and Diago, went above and beyond to ensure a lovely stay. The restaurant staff, particularly Ray and Nayade, were attentive and made us feel like part of the Barcelo family. The poolside service from Deivis was thoughtful and attentive. The chefs in the Royal Level restaurant catered to dietary requirements and produced exceptional, fresh, and flavorsome dishes. The hotel reopened recently but everything worked well, and the staff showed genuine enjoyment in their work, creating an enjoyable and relaxing environment for guests.
