the staff was incredibly helpful and polite, allowing us to leave our luggage after check out and enjoy the beach until we left. The location was fantastic, with supermarkets, restaurants, and souvenir shops nearby, and the beach just steps away. Our room had two balconies with a fantastic view, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and had a variety of coffee and tea in our room.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quieter part of the bay away from the hustle and bustle of the club area. It was great to be able to relax and unwind in a peaceful atmosphere, just across from the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the restaurant manager 'Angel' and the lovely waitress who looked after us. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent service.

The pool area was always clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of comfortable beds available. The staff provided excellent pool service and the bar area was very relaxing. The food at the hotel was outstanding, with a brilliant selection for both breakfast and evening meals. The buffet-style meals offered something different every night, with fresh and plentiful options. The dining room was spotless and the staff were efficient and helpful. We were overall very impressed with the facilities and value for money at the hotel.

We had a fantastic family vacation at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and a bus station for easy access to explore Ibiza Old Town. The hotel is situated on the beautiful San Antonio bay, offering stunning views from our room's balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with our kids. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both hot and cold. The outdoor pool area was great for the kids to play and swim. We also appreciated the prompt taxi service.

The coffee/tea supplements were not always replenished.
