I recently stayed at a hotel on the outskirts of Costa Ballena and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, as it was right on the beach and offered stunning views of the ocean. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the facilities, including the infinity pool and spa, were top-notch. The only downside was that the buffet could have had a slightly better quality in comparison to other hotels in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from a stunning long beach. We loved being able to take leisurely walks along the shore and soak up the beautiful views. The hotel itself was top-notch, offering enhanced comfort and quality services. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with a relaxing haven after a day of exploration. The staff were friendly and polite, ensuring that all of our needs were met. We also appreciated the various amenities available, such as the spa and wellness center, swimming pools, and live entertainment. we had a memorable and enjoyable experience here.

Spacious rooms with plenty of storage, clean and comfortable. Theme nights at the restaurant offer a variety of delicious food. Well-prepared drinks at the bars. Kids will enjoy the nightly entertainment and the excellent pools. The nearby beach is clean and easily accessible.

The pool and kids facilities were awesome! the mini-club and aqua gym animation were really good. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a bigger room at check-in, and they even moved our family members' rooms so they were close to ours. the hotel staff left a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge on my birthday, which was a lovely surprise. the staff were amazing, quick, and efficient. the location was great, right on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds available, no need to reserve. Lots of food choices for every taste. Rooms were clean and quiet, and there were no hidden extras at this hotel.

The hotel had unbelievably clean facilities, including the rooms, pools, and corridors. The restaurant served excellent food and the staff were always friendly and helpful, especially with the children. The spa facilities were relaxing and catered to both families and adults. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the beautiful beaches and a nearby lake with cycle lanes. it was a spacious and well-maintained hotel with fantastic amenities.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints.

The location was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the beach from our room on the 3rd floor. The infinity pool on the terrace was a highlight, offering a unique photo opportunity and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also had multiple pools, including a kids pool with water slides, and there were plenty of sun beds available around all the outdoor pools. The entertainment program for kids in the evenings was enjoyable, and we even got to see a great magic show during our stay.

The food at the hotel was not impressive, with limited variety and some dishes tasting like leftovers. As vegetarians, we faced difficulties getting hot vegetarian breakfasts, and the chefs seemed unaware of our special requests.

Liked staying at the hotel for New Year's Eve. Beautiful views from the rooftop pool and easy beach access made it easy to celebrate the holiday. the large underground parking and great breakfast options were an added plus.

Disliked that the pool was too shallow for adults, and you could not play ball in the pool. the wind was strong and there was no protection from it.
