The hotel was clean, well-decorated, and had comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything I wanted to see in the city center.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely lodge. The location is perfect, being in the city center and just a short walk from both the train station and the iconic Guggenheim museum. The room was comfortable with big windows and comfortable beds. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with a digital shower that was easy to use and gave us the perfect temperature. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with a city map and marking all the sights for us, making our trip even better.

Not air conditioned, so it would be nice to have a fan available.

I had a wonderful stay at Art Lodge Staynnapartments. The proprietors, Mikel and Manu, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They kept in touch with me via WhatsApp and were very responsive to any questions I had. Manu, in particular, went above and beyond, suggesting various sights to see in the city and providing me with a map. The room was clean and recently refurbished, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities like a rain shower with digital controls. The lodge's location was also perfect, with most attractions within walking distance.

Personalized service with keys and contact numbers for any assistance needed. Artwork throughout the establishment added a unique touch.

the owners, who also work at a 5-star hotel in the city, took great pride in their accommodation. From the moment I arrived, it felt like I was a guest in their home. the rooms were immaculate and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the shower was a delight, with adjustable temperature and power settings. I also appreciated the free WiFi and safe in the room, without any hassle of having to pay a deposit. the attention to detail, such as having a proper Nescafé coffee machine, made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely choose Art Lodge Staynnapartments again if I return to Bilbao.
