Right by the lake, with a superb location. The staff at Montreux Youth Hostel were friendly and accommodating. Despite having to check out at 6am, they provided us with a simple breakfast. The room was clean and new, as the hostel had recently been renovated.

The hostel exceeded my expectations. It was clean and had a nice atmosphere. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the castle and Montreux itself. Additionally, the hostel provided a free transport card and discounts for most of the museums, which was awesome.

One issue we had was with the conflicting information about breakfast time. When we arrived at 6:30, there was no breakfast or staff available.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a bathroom with a shower in my room, which was a great convenience. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the beds were very comfortable. Additionally, the location of the hostel was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to the town center. The free travel passes provided by the hotel were a fantastic bonus, offering discounts on transportation and tourist attractions, as well as free travel throughout the city. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

As a satisfied guest at this lovely Swiss hotel, I had a wonderful stay by the lake. The location was absolutely superb, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in the reasonable price. The friendly staff were helpful, especially when it came to providing information on local activities and making use of the transit pass. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the convenience of the lockers in the entrance area. this hotel offered great value for money.

The view from the hostel was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful lake just in front. the cleanliness of the rooms and toilets was impressive as well. The free wifi was only available in the common area, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels was disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The rooms, showers, and lavatories were very clean. The location, right on the lake, was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, which was free and all you can eat, was delicious. They even had a secure place to store our bikes.
