Lack of reliable hot water affected my work preparations.

I found the rooms a bit outdated and musty, but the tasty food in the restaurant made up for it. The outside entrance needed a clean-up, and noise from the kitchen was bothersome. Despite the disturbances, the staff tried their best to accommodate me in a comfortable room with convenient parking.

Arriving to a smile helps to start the process. We had a little problem with the bed, but imagine our surprise after a fabulous dinner, that the cost was waived. To say they go over and above is to underestimate them.
