The bar service at the hotel was quite slow and understaffed, resulting in long wait times to be served. Unfortunately, one of the female bar staff members was also very rude and sarcastic, making the experience unpleasant.

Receptionist Luis Megel is exceptionally kind and helpful, always providing a comfortable stay. The dinner buffet offers flavorful and varied options with live stations. The pool area is beautiful with ample loungers, and the upgraded junior suite is immaculate with a great view. The breakfast selection is good with indoor and outdoor seating options. Only a short walk to the beach.
