The hotel had a beautiful interior and our room was equipped with all the necessary facilities. the highlight of our stay was the comfortable bed and mattress which gave us three great nights of rest. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised by the special delivery of chocolates to our room each evening. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. Additionally, there was a metro station conveniently located close by for easy transportation.

Although the overall experience was fantastic, the bed was a bit lumpy and soft for my personal preference. It would have been even better if the hotel had a roof deck where guests could enjoy the beautiful weather and views.

The breakfast and lunch snacks were varied and delicious. The Superior room was comfortable and the location was convenient for visiting museums and restaurants. Monica from the front desk staff was extremely helpful in arranging day trips to Segovia and Toledo. There were also complimentary snacks available in the hotel cafe from 1pm to midnight.
