I also appreciated the outdoor heating, which was a welcome touch in the cold weather.

The front desk clerk I encountered was extremely hyped up and incoherent, which made the check-in process frustrating. Additionally, the air system seemed to circulate an allergen that caused severe allergy attacks for me every night.

Our stay at Courtyard was amazing! We stayed for a weekend getaway and the management and staff went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. The views from our room were breathtaking and the comfort was unmatched. The light block curtains allowed us to sleep in, and the upgraded TV with YouTube was a nice touch. The hotel had multiple garbage bins, a rare find. We loved how they still left towels and shampoo outside our door, even with the do not disturb sign. Plus, having to use our card to unlock the front entrance after midnight made us feel safer. we highly recommend this quiet and relaxing space for your stay.

Upon arrival, I was offered complimentary coffee and water which was a nice gesture. the hotel is located close to a river which offered a great view from my room. the best aspect of my stay was the ability to stream my favorite shows on the TV through my online accounts like Hulu and Netflix.

The hotel was a bit difficult to locate. there was no complimentary breakfast included in the price which I thought could have been offered considering the cost of the stay.

The rooms were modern and sleek, with an amazing shower. The hotel had a beautiful and comfortable back courtyard with a great view. It was conveniently located near the river, downtown, and nightlife. The staff was friendly, funny, and easily handled any issues with a smile.

The rooms were amazing, modern, and sleek. the shower was beyond words, it was so refreshing and luxurious. the staff was fantastic, especially one particular staff member who handled a difficult customer with professionalism and a smile. He was friendly, funny, and made the check, in process enjoyable.

I would have liked a quick grab breakfast option for those busy mornings when I didn't have time for a sit, down meal. It would have been convenient to have the option to grab a bagel and coffee on the go.

The room size and comfort exceeded my expectations, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the food at the Bistro was delicious, and the service provided by the gentlemen staff was exceptional. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained.

I was disappointed with the AC unit in my room, as it made it difficult to enjoy the balcony I had paid extra for. the noise and heat from the AC were quite bothersome.

Beautiful setting and amazing views from the room. the comfort of the room was perfect, and the beds were super comfortable. the hotel staff was great and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The location was amazing, with beautiful views along the river. We enjoyed taking a leisurely walk into town every day, which was just a mile away. Additionally, the light-blocking curtains in the room were a great feature, allowing us to sleep in longer and enjoy a relaxing stay.

The room itself was not up to par. It was small and had a musty smell, which was quite disappointing.

The curtains were great for blocking out light and allowing for a longer sleep. the upgraded TV with YouTube was a nice touch. the view of the Riverfront was beautiful and the outdoor heating made it a comfortable spot to relax.

The lack of a microwave in the rooms was inconvenient, especially for heating up leftovers. the small size of the space for the price paid was disappointing.

The room at Courtyard was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. I enjoyed the convenience of having a refrigerator in the room, as well as the ability to access my online viewing accounts on the TV. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, and the staff were extremely friendly. The location was also excellent, with plenty of coffee shops and bars within walking distance. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
