We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were surrounded by shops, restaurants, and all the major attractions were just a short walk away. The staff here were extremely helpful, especially the doorman who gave us all the information we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially enjoyed the terrace and the dip pool, the view was breathtaking!

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is really good, with plenty of sun beds and a great-sized pool to relax in after a tiring day of exploring. It's fantastic that this place is within walking distance to Catalunya square with its metro and bus links to the airport or the beach.

That some of the staff seemed a bit disorganized and not very attentive. However, this didn't overshadow the positive aspects of our stay.

We got great value for our money at Catalonia Ramblas. The room was fantastic, with huge and comfortable beds, and we had two lovely balconies overlooking a bustling street. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and the staff treated us with utmost friendliness and kindness.

The hotel facilities were great, especially the poolside oasis. The service and food by the pool were excellent, and the waiters were very attentive. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk from the main attractions like Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. Additionally, the hotel had free printing services, which came in handy for us.

With me, the manager, the staff at the reception desk seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. There was a lot of confusion and staff didn't prioritize their current customer, instead focusing on answering calls and on other administrative things.

We had an amazing time at this hotel during our recent visit to Barcelona. Our stay was for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, with many important sites and the Hop On-Hop Off bus lines just a short walk away. The pool area is charming and the pool bar is excellent. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were exceptional. Juan Carlos, the bartender, and Slivia at the front desk were delightful. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we return someday.

Free upgrade to a suite with a private pool made our romantic escape even more special. Key location facts were spot on and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
