chic & basic born boutique exceeded my expectations during a weekend trip to barcelona. the location was fantastic, with a balcony room and a lovely view. the free tea and coffee area was a bonus, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.

I stumbled upon this quirky little hotel during a visit to Barcelona and I was pleasantly surprised. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The unique decor added a fun and memorable touch to my stay. The bed was super comfy, and I especially loved the dreamy pillows. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a great location and a unique experience.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were always friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was also great - it was situated on a quiet street but still close to all the attractions. We were able to easily walk to Plaça Cataluña and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Another advantage was the unique decor of the hotel, it had a quirky and fun atmosphere that we really enjoyed.

The only negative aspect was that the cleaning staff did not always replace the used cups and glasses each day and one day our bed wasn't made. It wasn't a big issue, but it would have been nice to not have to request these things to be done.

The hotel's location in the lovely El Born district, right near the Arc de Triomph, was perfect for exploring this cool and trendy neighborhood. There were plenty of great places to eat and visit within easy walking distance.
