I had a great stay at this luxury hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was in a safe inner suburb but still very convenient to travel into the city center. The Oporto metro station was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a big smart TV. The staff were very helpful and communicated with me via WhatsApp, making my check-in process a breeze.

Families will love this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a big smart TV that had Netflix included. The communication with the staff via WhatsApp was convenient and they provided us with detailed instructions. The location was not in the city center, but it was only a short walk to find transportation. We also found a bakery nearby which was perfect for breakfasts. I would recommend this hotel.

The apartment itself was new and clean, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The metro station was only a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. the free parking on the street outside was a nice perk that we took advantage of during our romantic escape.

Our experience was dampened by a few factors. Despite the apartment being well-equipped, the lack of hot water for more than 3 minutes was a big issue for us, particularly given the freezing temperatures during our stay.

There is a lack of privacy in the ground floor studio due to the windows, and they do not cancel out noise effectively.
