great location, clean rooms, helpful staff. Citadines exceeded my expectations during this business stay. The central location made it easy to explore Barcelona, and the staff provided good advice on travel. The rooms were spotless and the reception, eating, and meeting areas were also very clean and tidy. The view from the top floor terrace was amazing and the availability of a sun terrace was a big bonus.

Shower drainage issue.

This hotel is in a great location that is central to many of the main sites in the city, and there are night buses available to go to the airport. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is really good with a great selection of food. The room is spacious and gets cleaned regularly. There's also a kitchenette that's well equipped with a fridge and a kettle, and there's even a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The view from the room is not great and the hotel can be a bit noisy at night.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to see and do. the room was well-designed and comfortable, with a functional kitchenette that was great for longer stays. the rooftop/solarium offered stunning views of the surrounding area and was a lovely place to relax and take in the sights.

The bed was quite hard and not very comfortable to sleep on. the elevators were extremely tiny, making it a bit difficult to navigate with luggage or after a long day of walking around the city.

This hotel is right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The value for money is great, with basic amenities like a kitchen and dining table in the room. The bed in our room was a good size and we loved having a window facing Las Ramblas. Breakfast was also delicious!

We had an amazing stay at Citadines. The room was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for our needs. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved the balcony window overlooking the square. The hotel also provided free coffee, tea, and milk in the breakfast room, as well as a complimentary big bottle of water. Despite the room overlooking a busy square, when the window was closed and the curtains shut, we couldn't hear or see anything. The location was unbeatable, right at the top of La Rambla, with everything within walking distance. The staff was also wonderful, friendly, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all major attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience.

The laundry facilities were extremely limited, with only two washers and dryers for the entire hotel. the cost of using the machines was exorbitant, making it more convenient to do laundry elsewhere.

The room was impeccably clean and spacious, offering great value for the central location. Early check-in was allowed and the staff was friendly and fluent in English. The check-in process was smooth and the lobby had complimentary hot beverages.

The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the kitchenette in our room was a nice touch. Despite the lack of individual AC, the staff was attentive and provided a fan to help with the heat. we enjoyed our stay at Citadines.

The hot chocolate at Citadines was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed sipping it while looking out onto La Rambla from the roof terrace. The room was exceptionally comfortable and had great facilities. What impressed me was that even though the website stated a maximum of 4 people per room, we called ahead and easily arranged for an additional fold-up bed for our family of 5. The staff at the front desk were helpful in setting this up. The location of the property was superb, with prime access to amenities and activities. There's even a well-priced supermarket right across the street for any necessities. a great experience!
