I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is outstanding, with breathtaking views of the bay. The convenience of having a bus stop right at the hotel was a major plus, making it easy to explore nearby towns like Rapallo, Santa Margherita, and Portofino. The hotel's parking facilities were excellent, and I felt at ease knowing my car was secure. The highlight of my stay was dining at the roof-top restaurant, where I enjoyed a delicious dinner while taking in the stunning view of the bay. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch, with the young staff being friendly, polite, and attentive. I was highly impressed with my stay at the Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort.

The breakfast at this hotel was absolutely amazing - one of the best I've had in a 4-star hotel. The variety of food options was impressive, and the view from the breakfast area was also beautiful. The location of the hotel in the Italian Riviera was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a convenient shuttle bus into town.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The pool was stunning and the views were absolutely breathtaking. It was so easy to walk into town and catch a ferry to explore nearby Portofino. The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced in a 4-star hotel, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. this hotel exceeded all my expectations.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The friendly staff welcomed me upon arrival and personally escorted me to my room, providing a detailed explanation of all the hotel facilities. The cleanliness and presentation of both the hotel and my room were outstanding. The high standard of towels, bedding, and amenities impressed me greatly. As a light sleeper, I was pleased to find that the hotel provided a peaceful and quiet environment, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The food served at the hotel was also of excellent quality, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay.

I felt like part of the family during my stay at this hotel, and there is truly nothing to complain about.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. the structure was nice and had a great view. the rooms were good too. the hotel was located close to the center, only a short walk away, and it was enjoyable to walk along the coastline. the hotel also had good facilities, including a large outdoor pool and a nice spa with a small pool, sauna, and steam rooms.

There were some aspects of the hotel that I didn't like. When I arrived, the restaurant was already fully booked, and no one had informed me beforehand.

Additionally, the dining room crew were efficient and always greeted guests with pleasant smiles. The hotel also offers a spectacular view of the surrounding towns, including Portofino.
