The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfasts are delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The rooms could use some updating, as they appear a bit dated and tired.

Cleopatra Palace was excellent, with its amazing location close to shops and restaurants. The pool was spectacular, with plenty of sunbeds and waiter service. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the pool bar offered great food and drinks all day. The beach was conveniently located right outside the front door. The rooms were luxurious, and there was nightly entertainment. The size of the rooms was excellent, bathrooms were good, and the TV had excellent English channels. The breakfast had a good choice of fresh juices, as well as Cava, smoked salmon, caviar, and chocolates. Live piano playing every morning added to the great experience. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere added to the overall experience.

The pool staff and housekeepers were exceptional, providing great service throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and the housekeeper always checked to ensure everything was to our liking.

We had requested a room with a nice view in advance, as the trip was a surprise for my 50th birthday. Unfortunately, the initial room we were given had a damp smell, a noisy location, and faced a wall.

This place is amazing! The location is brilliant, right across the road from the beach and the promenade is great for walks. I felt safe and the breakfast was all you could ask for. Also, it's just around the corner from restaurants, bars, and even the Hard Rock. The staff here are first-rate, dedicated, and committed. They were so genuinely helpful and accommodating, making it a fantastic all-around experience. From late into the night at the bar, to the housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary was special.
