Our stay at Towneplace Suites was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. We appreciated the convenient location, situated near the Great Lakes Crossing Mall. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious choices. Despite some noise from neighboring rooms, we still had a pleasant stay. we would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is an excellent choice to stay for Christmas time. Loved the complementary hot chocolate and cookies. they provided complimentary shuttle service to a nearby shopping mall which was very convenient. Its location close to the highway made it easy to access and saved time. the best aspect was the comfortable beds, which made the stay very relaxing.

The only negative was that the breakfast options were limited. While there was food served, there wasn't much variety, and it would have been great to have different options.

They didn't have a meeting space, which would have been convenient for business travelers.
