The location of the accommodation is excellent, just a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The staff at the bar and restaurant are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The Baily bar in particular offers outstanding food and customer service.

The water pressure in the villa was extremely low, which made showering a challenge.

The pool area was clean and inviting, and we enjoyed spending time there. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with our children. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach promenade and a quick taxi ride to the center of Puerto del Carmen. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and amenities. our stay at Club Del Carmen was a great experience.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location just across the road from Los Pocillos beach is ideal for beach lovers. The friendly and attentive staff ensure that basic amenities and the rooms are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness. I especially enjoyed having a room in the corner with a view and a balcony. The only thing I wish is that breakfast was included at the rate being charged.

One of the best things about this hotel is its great value for money. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen that has all the necessary appliances. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities, such as the pool and sun loungers, are in good condition. The location is perfect - away from the hustle and bustle, but still within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Plus, they have washing machines available, which is a real bonus.

As a tourist, I loved the friendly and helpful staff at the resort. The apartment facilities were exceptional, with a lovely bedroom and a comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked perfectly. The resort offered additional services like a heated pool, self-service laundry, and free DVD rental. The location was great, with easy access to buses and taxis, and a beautiful beach just across the road. the resort was beautifully maintained and had excellent facilities.

Amazing facilities with a friendly staff. Beautifully decorated with comfortable rooms and well-equipped amenities. the singers at the live performance were fantastic and enjoyable through the evening. the location was peaceful and close to the beaches, which was perfect for our family.

The noise from the roads around the area was unbearable, making it impossible to relax on the balcony. the bedroom close to the street was very noisy, and we did not get much sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at Club Del Carmen Aparthotel. the studio was first-class, with superb air conditioning and high-quality utensils and dishwasher. the staff were fantastic and always polite, going above and beyond to assist with any requests. the location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk. the big heated pool was a pleasant surprise, especially during my stay in December. it was a fantastic place to stay for a great holiday.

The location of Club Del Carmen is perfect, with easy access to any destination within a 30-45 minute drive. The spacious apartments are well-equipped and include a bedroom, kitchen, seating space, and a large balcony. The friendly and helpful staff add to the overall positive experience.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location for people who don't mind walking. This hotel is clean, recently renovated, and fully equipped for self-catering. We loved the fresh and airy atmosphere and the accessibility of everything we needed, such as car rental, restaurants, shops, bike rental. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the poolside restaurant was fabulous.

Spotlessly clean rooms and pool area. the staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. the location was great, right on the beach and only a short walk to the busy promenade. the apartment was beautifully appointed, modern, and extremely clean. the air conditioning was efficient and the linens were superb. the Baily bar had delicious food and excellent customer service.

The entertainment options were lacking, especially for younger children. There was no daytime entertainment or pool exercise and no balls or inflatables were allowed.

Baily Bar is a great location to base yourself in Puerto del Carmen, with plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The onsite restaurant has vastly improved from a few years ago, offering good quality food and drinks at reasonable prices. The rooms are adequate, although some may find them a bit cramped. The resort also has a nice pool area with ample sunbeds and an adult pool with a Jacuzzi.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation works, which can be noisy and disruptive for guests.
