the building, a converted historic structure, has been beautifully designed with a modern twist. It exudes a peaceful and calm atmosphere, despite its central location. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the breakfast and lunch options were excellent, and the tastefully furnished rooms provided a spacious and functional stay. the private balcony was a delightful bonus.

My stay at Convent De La Missio - Adults Only was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel so welcome. The room we booked was perfect, with a jacuzzi that unfortunately wasn't working. However, the hotel went above and beyond to compensate for this, allowing us to use another room with a working jacuzzi and even waiving any extra charges during check-out. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring Palma, and the staff provided us with great recommendations for places to eat and drink. The spa, rooms, food, and service were all exceptional. We were even surprised with a complimentary champagne and a rose on Valentine's Day, creating a truly beautiful experience for my wife. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful sensitively converted old convent. Our room was spacious, quiet, and well furnished, with comfortable beds, an excellent shower, and a free-standing bath. The hotel facilities included a small onsite gym and spa, as well as a sauna and indoor pool for a bit of retreat. The breakfasts were fantastic, and the service from the staff, especially Joan on the front desk, was brilliant. He provided us with great advice and local restaurant recommendations that were a highlight of our stay. The hotel also offered transportation services and helped us arrange transport and book tables for evenings out in the city.

The modern decor was stunning and added a touch of elegance to the stay. the location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. the breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of options that were all delicious. Plus, the private spa experience was a lovely surprise.

The room had several levels of floor, which made it feel a bit unsafe. the artistic separation spaces gave bugs places to hide, which was not ideal.

The hotel was in a great location, right in the center of Palma. We could easily walk to all the attractions and restaurants in the old town. After a day's sightseeing, it was convenient to have everything close by. The room was well-appointed with comfortable beds and a great shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were no coffee making facilities in the room and when we tried to get coffee in the morning, there were neither cups nor coffee available.

The hotel was in the perfect location, close to La Rambla and the shopping area. We had easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the sites. The gym and spa facilities were limited.

My recent stay at this luxury hotel was superb. the exclusive amenities were above my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was an ideal place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were a retreat during the raining days. I found the massage and facial treatments exceptional.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the restaurant. Although the food was delicious, the service wasn't quite up to the level of the rest of the hotel.
