the beautiful property with its serene surroundings and cozy rooms provided the perfect retreat. the delicious breakfast and thoughtful gestures added a special touch to our experience. One improvement could be clearer signposting for easier navigation to the guest accommodation.

Feast on local gems like Pot Belly and Zio nearby. the host Julie is a gem—breakfast heaven and top-notch hospitality. Surrounded by peaceful countryside, it's a luxurious steal!

Tricky to find, and watch out for those strong scents. even with a few hiccups, the charm of Baileys Court shines through.

The garden view room was a sanctuary - like a hidden oasis within the bustling city. Waking up to the tranquil scenery felt like being in a fairytale. the handmade breakfast, lovingly prepared by Jully, was a culinary masterpiece that set the perfect tone for each day.

The accommodation was nice with comfortable beds and a large TV. The view of the gardens was lovely.

Finding the property was difficult as there was no signage. The staff's introduction was abrupt and there was a lack of hospitality.

the property had the air of an old manor, but was fairly recently built. the host, Julie, was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. the surroundings were beautiful, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the service and quality of the accommodations were comparable to a 5-star boutique hotel. the breakfast was excellent, and my partner especially enjoyed the luxurious bath. We can't wait to come back and experience it all again.

Upon arriving at Bailey's Court Guest Accommodation, I was welcomed by the lovely hostess Julie who made my stay truly special. The luxurious room with underfloor heating and large TV with Netflix was a treat. Breakfast was delicious, the property had beautiful grounds, and the location close to town was convenient. The only downside was a bothersome red light in the room, but Julie's exceptional service more than made up for it.

Underfloor heating added to the comfort. Delicious full Irish breakfast. Amazing experience, highly recommend.

We had an amazing three-night stay at this beautiful guest accommodation. Our room was spacious and cozy, with a stunning bathtub and garden views. It was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of work. The breakfast, thanks to Julie, was absolutely perfect. Also, the staff went above and beyond by bringing out water to defrost our windscreen. The WiFi worked flawlessly as well.

We drove past the driveway multiple times in the dark winter night, a signpost on Gilbert Road would have been helpful. Additionally, the breakfast starting time of 8:30 am felt a bit late for us as we had plans for the day.

We had a wonderful stay at Bailey's Court in Portadown. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The ensuite facilities were exceptional, and the host, Julie, was incredibly helpful. We also enjoyed the stunning surroundings and the convenient location for shopping in Banbridge, Craigavon, and Newry. our experience was fantastic, and we will definitely be coming back to stay again.
