I recently stayed at Hotel Costa Calero Thalasso & Spa for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and the location was ideal, with easy access to Puerto Del Carmen and designer shops in Puerto Calero. The pool areas were lovely and there were plenty of areas to sit and relax. The food options were fantastic, with a great variety for all meals and the all-inclusive package was excellent. The hotel rooms were spotless and the walk-in shower was a luxurious touch. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym and offered aqua aerobics classes. a lovely hotel with wonderful facilities and friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at Costa Calero Thalasso & Spa. The all-inclusive package offered an extensive selection of beverages, including delicious cocktails. The food at the buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of options including grilled fish and meat dishes. The three outdoor swimming pools were huge, and we especially enjoyed the warm talasso pool, which was free once and only 9€ for subsequent visits. The staff was excellent, always smiling, polite, and fluent in English. We were impressed with their patience and helpfulness throughout our stay.

We recently stayed at the beautiful Hotel Costa Calero Thalasso & Spa for a wedding and had an amazing time. The staff were incredibly friendly and the facilities were top-notch. The pool areas were lovely and there were plenty of places to relax around the hotel. The food choices were plentiful and the all-inclusive package was excellent. We also loved the convenience of the free daily bus into Puerto Del Carmen and the easy walking distance to designer shops, restaurants, and bars in Puerto Calero. a fabulous hotel with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty to keep you entertained.

We had a fabulous stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were great and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities here are top-notch, with so much to keep you entertained. The pool set up is incredible, offering both saltwater and fresh water pools. The view from the hotel is excellent, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the main strip and the marina. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. we had a wonderful experience here.

Costa Calero Thalasso & Spa provided an excellent experience. The beautiful gardens and surrounding areas were superb, and the staff were mostly wonderful. Although the rooms need updating, the cleanliness was impeccable. The facilities, including the pools and entertainment options, were well-organized and enjoyable. We were particularly impressed with the value for money offered by the all-inclusive regime. we had a great time and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had two pools and was located near two main streets. , it had a gym, which was good.

The hotel room was dirty and dusty. The staff wasn't friendly and always seemed to be upset.

For us it was ideal.

As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated the friendly staff and the well-organized and spacious facilities at Costa Calero. The family suite I booked exceeded my expectations, with comfortable beds and a large terrace. The breakfast options were excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and high-quality food in two different restaurants.

Felt right at home, no reason to complain.
