We had an amazing value for our money at the Aparthotel. The room was clean, comfortable and had a great view from the window. The location was perfect, close to both the Old Town and the New Town. The staff, especially Juan Carlos on reception and Julie at the pool bar, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The 24-hour reception made us feel safe and secure.

The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better would be to have more variety.

our recent stay at costa volcan in puerto del carmen was perfect. the location was ideal, everything within walking distance and a supermarket on site. the staff were friendly and the apartment had everything we needed. we will definitely be back in the future.

The location was perfect, close to both the old and new town. The apartments were basic but clean and suitable for our needs. The sea-view living room and large balcony were a highlight. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. The 24-hour mini-market was convenient, and we appreciated the clothes airer on the balcony for drying our clothes. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch.

The location was great, right across from a fun pub, close to bars and restaurants, and within walking distance to everything. The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were lovely. The hotel had a pool and a small minimarket downstairs.

The view of the Atlantic from the apartment was stunning, especially overlooking the rooftops. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach, the Biosfera, and both the old and new towns. Having basic cooking facilities in the apartment was a great advantage for a quick meal.

The noise from the open-air bar located below some of the sea view apartments. The loud music did make it a bit difficult to sleep, especially for those with an early start the next day.

The apartment had a nice ground floor position and we enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. the staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. the bar snacks were tasty and convenient.

The noise at night from people dragging suitcases and coming in late was also bothersome.

I recently stayed at the Costa Volcan Hotel in Puerto del Carmen for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Old Harbour and the beach. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a beautiful sea-view living room and a large balcony. The kitchenette had everything we needed for cooking simple meals. The staff, especially Juan Carlos, were friendly and helpful, even arranging a courtesy room for us on our departure day. The on-site mini market was convenient and well-priced. great value for money and a comfortable stay.
