The staff, including Christian, Tobias, and Nino, are exceptional and go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel is dog-friendly, has high-quality decor, and is conveniently located in the heart of Mahón.

It can get a bit noisy in the early morning due to the hotel's proximity to the road.

Beautifully designed hotel with a chic and relaxing atmosphere. the staff members are incredibly friendly, warm, and efficient, making the guests feel welcomed and cared for. the hotel is located in a convenient spot in the heart of the city, which made exploring the area very easy. the high-quality finish and décor were exceptional, making the stay even more enjoyable.

While the hotel provided a good breakfast, the fruit selection was limited and could have had a wider range of seasonal offerings. some of the cheeses could have been showcased better on the breakfast platter.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The interior design was stunning, with thoughtful details that created a chic and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful garden and pool where we could unwind and enjoy some tranquility. The location in the center of town was perfect for exploring the old town of this city. Parking was convenient, allowing us to easily access our car whenever we needed to. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were greeted with warmth and kindness, and they made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.

This hotel is a true luxury gem, offering exclusive amenities and fulfilling all of our needs. the staff provided warm, attentive service, always going the extra mile. the garden area, complete with an outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas, was a peaceful retreat where we could lounge and relax. We also indulged in the massage services, which were divine. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were both excellent and provided a fantastic dining experience.

The only minor issue was that the picnic area/tables were somewhat cramped and not entirely private. While the leisure/TV room was cozy and comfortable, it was also quite small and only able to accommodate a few people at a time.

It was a last-minute arrangement due to a missed flight, but I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing experience. the beautiful rooms and garden, along with the great breakfast, made my stay enjoyable. the staff, especially Christian, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.
