As a Coeliac, I needed a Gluten free breakfast which was excellent. The reception staff were brilliant in helping us retrieve our car from an airport parking company, and they sorted all our problems with a smile. The room was perfect, exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff was kind, cleanliness was excellent. The free shuttle bus arrived on time and the parking was affordable and clean. The rooms were soundproof and the location was convenient to reach the city center.

We recently had a wonderful stay at the well-known Crowne Plaza hotel near the airport. The room and bathroom were of excellent quality, and we were pleasantly surprised by the soundproof windows that kept out any noise from the nearby highway. The hotel cafeteria provided a delicious light dinner, and breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options. The front desk staff were lovely and the free airport shuttle made catching our early morning flight a breeze.

our stay at crowne plaza was amazing. this was our second time in madrid and the hotel exceeded our expectations. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience even better. the rooms were comfortable and the food was excellent.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! I was impressed by its great value for money, especially considering the location by the airport. The staff were friendly and detail-oriented, making sure that all basic amenities were provided in the spacious and comfortable room with a jacuzzi bath. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its wide selection of cold and hot options.

Staying here was a delightful experience. The location might seem remote, but it's actually quite convenient since it's so close to the airport.
