my stay at rixos was incredible. exceeded expectations with an upgraded pool villa, delicious food, and friendly staff. tons of activities to do and never a dull moment. a truly memorable experience!

The location is perfect, with easy access to the main semi-self-service "Turquoise" restaurant and a stunning view of the sea. The chefs and waiters at Lalezar Restaurant are top-notch, providing excellent service and mouth-watering dishes. The Turquoise restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food options, ensuring a satisfying breakfast every morning.

The cleaning of the common spaces could use some improvement, as some sofas and armchairs were dirty with spots.

During our stay at Rixos, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Pool Villa. The private pool was a perfect relaxing spot. The variety of restaurants exceeded our expectations, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the daily activities and the convenience of the shuttle service. we had a wonderful experience at Rixos and would highly recommend it.

New resort, friendly staff, lots of activities and programs. Food can be improved to match high standards and price. One of the best family experiences. Highly recommended for a future visit to Hurghada.

The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the beach and a variety of delicious restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring all our needs were met. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide range of options. Additionally, the hotel boasted multiple amenities such as three main pools and a beautiful panorama building.

One drawback was the lack of entertainment programs in the evening, with only repetitive shows and singers with subpar voices.

The check-in was a bit slow but we got complimentary champagne to pass the time. The hotel's design is impressive with beautiful illuminated grounds and comfortable rooms. The staff was very courteous and made us feel welcomed. The key location was perfect with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The food was of high quality and we enjoyed trying different restaurants. One extra advantage was the superb buggy service that made traveling around the hotel an easy and enjoyable task.

Some rooms were quite far away from the hotel facilities which can be difficult for families with small children even when using the buggy service. , we were unable to book in any of the a la carte restaurants due to their limited seating capacity and the shortage of cooks.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel, with luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The Spa & wellness center was a highlight, particularly the full body massage. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers provided the perfect place to unwind, and the garden area was beautifully maintained. We also enjoyed the entertainment, with live shows in the evening and access to a night club.

While the facilities were exceptional, there was a minor issue with the restaurant menus, which had limited special diet options. However, the in-room breakfast and poolside snack bar offered a great alternative.
