We were delighted with our stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Receptionist Christina, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Christina handled a problem efficiently and with great care, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. The hotel itself offered great value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. We were even upgraded to a spacious 2 bedroom suite. The tranquil pool and garden areas were well-maintained, adding to our overall relaxation. The convenient location allowed for easy access to the town center and beaches. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Christina at the front desk went above and beyond to assist. Spacious and clean 'apartment' provided good value for money. Breakfast and dinner buffet were satisfactory. Friendly staff and Fabio the Entertainment Manager were great with kids. Good location near beach and town.

We stayed at a hotel near the beach, with palm trees all around and a cute terrace for drinks by the pool. The room had a lovely view of the town and there was a separate bedroom for the kids. The bathroom had a walk-in shower that was very convenient. The staff at reception were helpful and kind.

Although the bar closed an hour earlier than advertised, the staff was still very friendly and attentive. The weather prevented me from using the outdoor swimming pool, but that was out of the hotel's control.
