Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by some significant downsides. The service, while exceptional at the pool bar, was lacking elsewhere, with reminders for toiletries and bathroom amenities disregarded multiple times. Additionally, the evening dining options felt repetitive and did not meet the five-star expectation, particularly when considering the cost of meals and the restrictions placed on guests. The condition of the room was also concerning. it felt aged, with an uncomfortable bathroom layout and a persistent noise from an extractor nearby that disrupted our sleep.

The brekkie was next level, with fresh fruit and eggs just how you like 'em! The team at the beach club made our days with their friendly faces and quick service. Pools were so chill and clean, perfect for a proper relax!

Got welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine , no charge for parking which is nice. The breakfast is really something special , they will cook your eggs any way you want which is a simple pleasure that made mornings feel luxurious.

this hotel is seriously amazin! the pools are so nice and not crowded at all, which is a big plus. also, the breakfast buffet is like the best ever, they cook eggs just how you like it. the staff were super friendly and really helpful with our kids, especially at the beach club. had a great time and will def come back!

but the restaurant menu could really use some variety and our room had a weird smell that wasn't cool at all.
