I had the pleasure of staying at VOCO during my recent trip to Seoul. The premium king room with shower and tub was absolutely lovely. The location was convenient, just a short walk to Sinsa station. The front office staff were kind, thorough, and efficient, and spoke excellent English. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as a scale to measure luggage weight. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite, and they even allowed me to check in early due to my membership status. The hotel provided top-notch amenities, including a bathtub in the room, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a shared kitchen on each floor, which was a convenient feature.

Spent xmas at this hotel and the staff were quite helpful. There were multiple shops, restaurants and ATM around the property which made things easier. The location was excellent with key amenities such as Sinsa station just a few walks away. the common kitchen on each floor was quite convenient.

The cleaning service was not as expected. The dust on the floor was palpable after a few days.
