Comfortable beds, clean and nicely decorated. Husband liked the unique artwork. Short walk to Alcazar and 10 minutes to aqueducts. Lots of nearby restaurants. Helpful and intelligent desk clerks. Convenient central location.

Great view of Alcazar and countryside, hot air balloons, good breakfast with plenty of choices, convenient parking, inexpensive, pleasant outdoor area.

Felt like visiting family, no reason to complain.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our room was spectacular, overlooking the Alcazar. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. The bathroom was beautiful and had nice toiletries provided. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The location was perfect, situated between the cathedral and the Alcazar. Additionally, the hotel had a lift from the car park, making it convenient to bring our luggage. The hotel also had a lovely garden facing the mountains, where we could relax. It was not far from the main square with plenty of restaurants and bars.

The room size is good, with functional yet modern facilities such as a coffee machine and comfortable bed. The garage is secure and has direct access to the room. The staff is friendly and helpful, always available for any questions. The breakfast has a variety of options, including delicious juices and cold selections.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Located in the Old Town, it's in a restricted pedestrian area, making it perfect for exploring Segovia. Rooms with a view of the castle and balcony are available too, with fantastic views over the valley. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is included in the very reasonable prices.

The complementary breakfast was quite good and the view from our room was breathtaking. the hotel is situated right in the heart of the city and near all of the significant landmarks. It was easy to get around, and the staff was helpful when asked for help.

The room was outdated, and the furniture had some wear and tear. We were dismayed to find that the bathroom was not very clean.
